Eligibility & Accounts
Users must be 13 years of age or older to use the service. Subscriptions are limited to a maximum of 5 registered devices per account.
Subscription & Fees
Free Tier
Includes local playback features and standard spatial audio processing.
Paid Tier
$5.99/mo or $49.99/yr for streaming integration and advanced TASS features.
All fees are non-refundable.
Streaming Service Integration
DimenPlay is an authorized 3rd party client for various music streaming providers. Users must comply with the respective terms of service of any integrated streaming platform.
Acceptable Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal downloads or distribution of copyrighted material.
- Reverse engineering of TASS engines or software components.
- Automated scraping, data mining, or framing of the Service.
flag Flag System: Accumulating 3 flags for violations will trigger an immediate account review or termination.
Quick Sync
Quick Sync is a command-only remote control feature; no audio data is streamed via the relay servers. Access requires a unique QR code or passcode and mandatory multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Intellectual Property
DimenPlay and the TASS engine are the exclusive property of Dimenwave Spatial Systems. All rights, title, and interest are reserved.
All third-party streaming service trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
Termination
Dimenwave reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user found in violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer
"The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Dimenwave is not responsible for any hearing impairment or equipment damage resulting from improper use of spatial audio features."
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dimenwave be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
