Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 24, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing Dimenwave Spatial Systems, the DimenPlay app, or our TASS engine technologies.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dimenwave website, the DimenPlay mobile application, or any associated spatial audio technologies (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

Dimenwave Spatial Systems reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of DimenPlay, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • verified_user You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • lock You must notify Dimenwave immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

License and Intellectual Property

Proprietary Technology

The TASS (True Audio Spatial Synthesis) engine, DSP algorithms, and DimenPlay interface are the exclusive property of Dimenwave Spatial Systems. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of Dimenwave.

Protected by Global Patents

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial immersive audio experiences. This license does not include any resale or commercial use.

Prohibited Conduct

Under no circumstances shall any user engage in the following:

terminal Reverse engineering of DSP engines or TASS algorithms.
content_copy Scraping, framing, or unauthorized data mining.
security_update_warning Bypassing security measures or API rate limits.
share_off Redistribution of spatial audio assets without license.

Payment and Subscriptions

Access to premium DimenPlay tiers requires a recurring subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We use encrypted third-party payment processors. Dimenwave does not store full credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made.

Limitation of Liability

"To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dimenwave Spatial Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses."
