Refund Policy

1 Section 1: Subscription Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through Paddle are billed according to the selected plan and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges.
2 Section 2: Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed individually. A refund may be granted in situations including, but not limited to:
- check_circle Incorrect or duplicate billing.
- check_circle Duplicate transactions.
- check_circle Verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased services.
- check_circle The software or service being unable to reasonably provide the functionality described at the time of purchase.
Each request is evaluated based on the information available and the circumstances surrounding the purchase.
3 Section 3: Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind after a successful purchase or failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date.
Compatibility issues where hardware requirements were clearly stated, or temporary service interruptions resolved reasonably.
Section 4: Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Our team will make every reasonable effort to investigate, diagnose, and resolve the issue. If a verified technical issue cannot be reasonably resolved, a refund may be considered in accordance with this policy.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Merchant of Record
Payments made through our website are securely processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Section 8: Our Commitment
We believe customer support should be fair, transparent, and reasonable. If our software or services do not perform as described because of a verified technical issue or billing error, we will work with you to resolve the problem whenever possible. If a reasonable resolution cannot be achieved, we may approve an appropriate refund in accordance with this policy.
Section 9: Payment Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact Dimenwave Support first. In many cases, billing questions or technical issues can be resolved much more quickly through our support team.
