data_usage 1. Information We Collect
a Account & Subscription Data
When you create an account or purchase a subscription ($5.99/month), we collect your email address, payment token, and subscription status.
b Streaming Service Authentication
We store only OAuth tokens; we never store login credentials.
c Local Cache (Read-Only)
Metadata is stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database and never transmitted.
d Telemetry (Aggregate, Opt-Out)
We collect anonymous stats on tracks played, TASS toggles, and session duration. No personal identifiers or listening history.
e No Collection of Listening History
We do not collect or share track IDs, artist names, or content metadata.
2. How We Use Information
Provide core functionality (TASS, Quick Sync), maintain accounts, improve the App via telemetry, and enforce TOS.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Local cache deleted after 30 days of inactivity. Account data permanently removed upon deletion. Logs rotated every 30 days.
4. Data Sharing
No selling or renting data. Disclosure only for law enforcement or rights protection.
5. Your Rights & Controls
Opt out of telemetry, clear cache manually, revoke service access, or delete account.
6. Security
Uses HTTPS, WSS, and secure local storage. Quick Sync requires QR and 6-digit passcodes.
7. Children’s Privacy
Not for users under 13.
