Dimenwave Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dimenwave! By purchasing, downloading, or using our software (“DimenPlay” and related products), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, well… don’t use it.

1. General

Dimenwave, registered in Trinidad and Tobago) develops and distributes software compatible with Apple iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows platforms. We use JUCE, Trai.AI IDE, and ARA technology for DAW integration.

2. License and Use

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose only.
  • You agree NOT to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or intellectual property from the software without our explicit, written consent.
  • Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Payment and Refunds

  • All sales are final.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a court of law determines that the software caused significant damage to your device or data in an extreme and provable way.
  • No other refund requests will be entertained.

4. User Responsibility

  • You agree to use the software in a lawful manner and in accordance with these terms.
  • Dimenwave is not responsible for any misuse, damages, or losses arising from how you use the software.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All software, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Dimenwave or its licensors.
  • You may not use any intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. Privacy and Compliance

  • Dimenwave complies with applicable global privacy laws, including GDPR for users in the European Union.
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and protection.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Dimenwave is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the software.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, regardless of your location.
